The cleaning processes used before grinding are exhaustive and all herbs and spices are certified for food safety audit according to ISO 22000 standards.

The producer employs over 140 people in Nairobi. Eighty percent of the herbs and spices and other ingredients are sourced locally from East African farmers ?distributing benefits to hundreds of farmers
