Longer life fruit products include 100% pure juices with no added sugar or preservatives but with a shelf life of a year available in bottles, PET or sachets - or in bulk. A number of companies pasteurise these juices in retail sizes, catering, or bulk. Quality is assured as the producer operates full traceability and has food safety certification from GlobalGAP as well as organic and fair trade certification. |
